Relax and enjoy Christmas with our new Sous-vide whole turkey. Sidecar Slow cooks our turkeys for over 12 hours in a brine giving them a tender and juicy finish.
- Remove turkey from the refrigerator for one hour to lower core temperature.
- Carefully remove turkey from the bag. Reserve stock if needed (gravy, soup, etc)
- Place turkey on a baking tray and apply Sidecar stuffing if purchased.
- Preheat oven to 170°C and cook turkey for 35 minutes.
- Carve, and serve!
