Fillets: 80-200g   Wild Caught by Longlining Day Boats

 Habitat: They are found in Coastal Waters around New Zealand on sandy shell sea beds to depths of 150 meters.

 Fillets: Red Gurnard Fillets are rather slender and taper slightly They have a firm flesh which is low in fat content and suitable for most cooking methods.

Cooking Methods:  They are Low in Fat Content, while still high in Omega 3 content. Great for most cooking methods including raw for Sushi.
