Pork Belly Mexican style – 300gm
Irish pork belly brined in a range of Mexican spices herbs and marinades. This tender product is great for tacos, sandwiches, salads and on its own roasted. To get a crackling effect pre heat an oven at 220 degrees, pour olive oil over the pork belly skin and heat in oven for 10 minutes. This product is fully cooked, packed with flavour and tender to perfection.
