Our Italian sausage is one of the simpler flavour profiles in the range, relying on the classic pairing of roasted fennel seed with pork. This southern Italian favourite is made from a family recipe handed down from craftsmen before us, mastered and celebrated in the traditional casalinga style. Sometimes less is more, and with our Italian pork and fennel we pay tribute to one of the great flavour combinations of the Mediterranean.

Made right here in Singapore, all our products are gluten free, with no preservatives, artificial ingredients or extenders.
