This traditional German classic is an all pork thicker-style sausage. We call upon an authentic vintage recipe, not too spice-laden, relying on balancing the pork flavour with fresh garlic, nutmeg and other secret European seasonings for a sweet note. Our Bratwurst has a coarse texture, with limited fat content. Great over the BBQ or a hearty breakfast accompaniment. Serve with potato salad or on a bread roll with mustard for an authentic German experience.
